On which products can I organize a private sale?

We can organize private sales for products such as PCs, laptops, tablets or smartphones. On these products, we have the capacity to provide you with complete support for recovery, valorization and resale to your employees. We are also able to support you in the resale of other product ranges, for which we provide different solutions while facilitating takeover by your employees.

How many products can I organize a private sale to my company's employees?

We do not set a minimum trade-in to organize a private sale. However, it is important to have consistency between the quantity of products to be offered and the number of participants to avoid generating disappointment.

Is organizing a private sale to employees free for my company?

Yes. We are paid on the margin made on the resale of products to employees only. We do not charge the company any costs for processing and reconditioning the units. That being said, it is possible to opt for different options for organizing the fully delegated private sale (draw management, launch/monitoring of the sale) which may lead to management costs. Will you financially value the products included for private sale?

It depends on your goals. If your company wishes to make a profit from the resale of its fleet, we can set a more or less significant residual value. If your objective is to offer the most competitive resale price to employees, we can take back the products at a symbolic price, to which we add our processing costs and our margin.

What will be the purchase price of the products for employees?

It will depend on the recovery products, their value on the market and your company's desire to recover value (or not) on the products. We always strive for prices to be more competitive than market prices while maintaining a certain consistency.

How soon can we organize a private sale?

Between the offer, the recovery, the audit of the products and the progress of the private sale, it takes approximately 30-45 days. This time can be used to prepare and host the private sale among employees.

How long does it take for the products to be shipped?

Generally, we ship the products within 7 days after the end of the private sale. Sometimes it's faster. The precise deadlines are always when purchasing.

How can we ensure that only company employees can purchase?

We offer several technical solutions to ensure that the orders come from the employees of the company which entrusts us with the organization of the private sale. We also have the ability to limit the quantity of products per employee in order to allow as many people as possible to participate.

My company would like to organize a private sale but we do not currently have any products to take. How to do ?

We recommend offering employees products for purchase; this generates much greater support for private sales when purchasing a product they already own. However, if you still wish to organize a private sale, we have product stocks and have the capacity to assist you with a private sale.

Do you charge shipping costs on products?

We systematically offer a free delivery offer for delivery in Metropolitan France. It remains possible for employees to take a different paid option if they wish.

My company has employees throughout Europe, is it possible to make a private sale?

Yes. We can deliver to countries other than France. Shipping charges will apply. The site is also translated into English and we can add other versions or currencies for specific projects.
